Could be a good story but as everyone else said you're moving too fast. Slow down a bit and try to describe things more. I'll follow to see what happens next.
.... I know Dash is a speed demon... but this is ridiculous. Seriously, slow it down. I'll track it cause it has potential, but... don't rush it... I think we all can agree the first chapter needs a rewrite. Better descriptions, a slower pace, longer chapters etc. I can't get into and enjoy something if it's over before I even blink can I?
The characterization is somewhat decent, and I love how Rainbow actually dared let herself pull a Rarity. That actually got a laugh out loud. I can't up vote this yet for obvious reasons, but I'll watch closely to see if you take any of this advice to heart.
It's still far too rushed, not enough detail and not really that much of a conflict for this to be really considered a story.
Looks like this supposedly 25 episode season got cancelled early. No big loss, to be fair...
