Another "Secret mission" is planned, and Captain Steelwing's one goal is to protect the Princess protege and avoid getting killed, so he plots ways to get out of it, but his schemes always land him back in the to his previous mission. Steelwing is joined by his batman Private Baldrick (Earth Pony) and idealistic twit Lieutenant Bright "Sky" Skies (Pegasus Pony). General Melchett rallies his troops from Canterlot, a thirty-five miles from Ponyville, where he is aided and abetted by his assistant, Captain Shoeshine, pencil-pusher supreme and Steelwing's nemesis.

679561 You should do, it's hilarious. Rowan Atkinson plays the main, you know the guy who plays Mr Bean?. General Melchett is also from Blackadder Goes Fourth (the world war 2 series of Blackadder); his captain is called Darling and he hates being called it to his face, it makes him twitch comically. Blackadder's two sidekicks (sort of) are Baldrick and George and they're the stupid ones. If you want to hear what stereotypical southern British people sound like just listen to how George and Blackadder speak. However I should warn you that most British people don't sound like that

679594 Like I said I'll help in anyway I can. My friend Sour Apple also uses this site and knows about being British (well he is, so I suppose we do both have an advantage). It actually feels strange writing some stories sometimes because my characters are quite often American so I have to write in American myself. Thankfully I can do the American accent so I can kind of see how their voice works; the accent does come from cartoons like MLP though

679685 Oh no, it was written entirely by me. My friend just really loved the story when he read it and sort of took the name. I wasn't even aware it was his username until he commented on my page. In actual fact I started writing a radio program with these characters and he read out the lines for Sour. I was the one who invented the story and wrote it (that was back when I used to think I was a good writer buy hey it didn't stop me writing)

No, I think they're all used to the fact that I've always liked this kind of stuff and have never cared about what they've said before. I'm more likely to pick on myself then someone else is.
