Oh, Rarity would never be profane or suggest that she might be--I think her profanity might be limited to the occasional ladylike expletive while sewing, which, if you have not done it, is mandatory. I had a former boyfriend who was seriously concerned about my language addressing a sewing machine once, and when I told some friends about it and that I was sewing a corset at the time, their universal response was "oh ho ho, that's supposed to happen." But I digress.
I really enjoyed your bringing in Rarity for this one. It's a good thing ponies don't use forks, though, because if Rarity had gone into that, I think Cheese would have panicked more.

I'd like to think Rarity was a bit agitated when she was rudely awakened by Pinkie's state of manic panic. Sometimes, that states transfers into what you express, such as words or actions. That's just her though. And she balanced the rope in the letter just on the right amount; not too much, and not too little. Like you suggested with forks. Yeah, Cheese would have gone mental.
Yeah, she put something in the tea. At least, that's what I was hinting at. I obviously don't want to drop drugs here or anything considering the tag, but I'd like to think Pinkie's worrying was too much to the point where she'd have gone and fainted before long.

Of course it's ok. The more the merrier really. I balanced the shipping idea at first, deciding if I wanted to do it. Ultimately decided against it, because I think it can work out fine as a friendly thing here.
