This OC... Oh man, this OC...
Lemme tell you broski, your OC needs a complete overhaul. You also need to properly edit your work, at the very least.
Is English your native language? Otherwise your German slipped through in the translation or you simply don't know certain words in English (unless your trying to 'combine' the two which is.... questionable) In which it's easier to grasp the grammatical errors that are in the first chapter.
The plot so far is extremely basic so there isn't much to say atm other then it is EVERYWHERE. I really can't distinguish where she is and what exactly she's doing.
Now the OC... I can understand wanting to make your OC unique in any way possible; However since we have not yet been introduced to such a strange pony in canon, I can only think that your deviating too far from the normal 'look.' Unless Madness Hooves (strange name alone) is some kind of demon-pony in disguise, It's unclear why she is the way he is. It IS possible to make your OC unique by personality alone (which atm, sounds like an emo)
