Rainbow Dash plans to ask for Applejack's hoof in marriage during a surprise vacation to Manehattan, but something goes wrong during the teleportation spell causing the duo to end up in places unknown. Requiring them to fight their way home. Days pass without a sign of the couple, Twilight and the rest of the gang start to worry. Finally they set out to find what happened to their friends. But as the Elements of Harmony venture further from Equestria, an ancient evil is awakened and threatens to plunge the world into chaos.

Yeah, I'm currently working on a rather long and complex fic myself and have no idea how long it will take, so I've actually decided to wait until all of it is finished before publishing any of it; that way I can avoid the stress of having all the people following the story breathing down my neck. I'll still upload it in segments and upload one every week or two just for the sake of suspense, but I don't think I could handle the pressure of having so many viewers anxiously waiting for me to post something that isn't ready yet.
