I like it! Could use a bit more expressions in emotions and explanations because like, mystery baker?? And how did Ditzy breathe in Space?
Maybe some better detail in their surroundings to paint a better picture of the TARDIS or the dead of Space.
Also I like that your making Ditzy smart and dull and The Doctor hyper and desperate for company but there is almost no possible way for Ditzy to have known the TARDIS was a space and Time machine, a space shuttle maybe but she's been given no evidence that it can travel in Time just yet. And her dull personality makes sense after whats she's been through but Ditzy's character here is so dull I could say she should go live with Pinkie Pie's parents 'cause sheesh a suggestion; make Ditzy bounce back while journeying with The Doctor. She even said she didn't curse him because he didn't mock her about her eyes so you can work off that.
The Doctor's personality is great in this story he's smiley, bouncy and hyper yet he's just lacking that knowledge that we all fell in love with, his ramblings and tendency to get distracted by the small things that catch his eye, Ditzy's ability to breathe in space as an example; he noticed it meaning you've made it clear that its abnormal for ponies to do that but he wouldn't just let her change the subject no matter how annoyed she got 'cause he's an annoying pony.
Again I really like the concept of this spin-off and its only lacking the little things and I encourage you to keep writing!
But you also might want to ask the original writers permission, unless you've done so already I'm not sure how it works sorry

ditzy will become more animated as she loses herself in the adventure, and as for how she knew it was a time machine, she had read a number of books after her accident and guessed. she is also melancholy because of her conscience
