One thing I wonder about. Why does the main character assume this is Discord rather than a baby of his species? Unlike the ponies, where it's pretty obvious that, say, a pony is specifically baby Rainbow Dash or baby Luna or something, we have never seen another draconequus and have no idea how similar they look to each other. Since she's not a brony (I hate the term pegasister actually), she's not going to have seen tons and tons of fan art of baby Discord, so if what she sees is pictures of adult Discord, wouldn't she more likely jump to the conclusion that this is a baby of his species, not the actual character de-aged? (She might still call him Discord, since she's gotta name him something, but I doubt she would assume it is actually the same being, at least at first.)

A good start and a rich story, but I think you need to work on your writing a bit more. Why? Well for one the chapters are absolutely riddled with the word and, which is NOT good. You need to replace a LOT of them with commas, hyphens, em dashes, and en dashes. Try taking a look at the guide on this site: http://eznguide.neocities.org/#Action-tags
