3976982 One could also argue that, while emotions are generated by the brain, that it is somewhat required to also have other parts of the body to successfully engage in the emotions being felt, such as the ability to feel physical contact, or hear/see an object/item/entity commonly associated with such emotions being distributed by the brain. It is completely possible to not feel emotions while having a brain still, it just depends on the extenuating circumstances of the event(s).
