Hail Showers life is not really the best somepony could hope for. He's a white fur and black maned pegasus and lives in Manehattan. His wings haven't grown to the standard length for somepony his age, leaving him flightless. He lives in Manehattan, a city on the verge of falling apart, citizens are paranoid about a new organization that has just moved there, and a section of the city has been blocked off since the riots.
After being attacked by several bullies from school, he's saved by a mysterious mare who takes a liking to him.
Life as Hail knows it is about to end or be altered. For better or worse...

So this is where everything's gonna get a little bit crazy. I apologize for how long it took me to get this out, this whole story is still in the air. However, I'm pretty sure after this part, all the writing will get easier. I always seem to have the later parts of stories planned, but never the now.
