Dun dun dun duuuuun.
This is pretty good and pretty good.
However, a school bus should not be in Equestria, it is so wrong I hardly know where to begin. Wait, I do: A) They don't have cars. B) The little ponies don't need a bus, they walk or fly to school, that's how they get everywhere, unless it's by train or pony-drawn carriage.
Also, your grammar needs work. Just in this chapter were some really glaring errors like "for not" (should be "for naught") and "all knowing" (pretty sure it's "all-knowing") and quite a few others that didn't quite stick in my mind.
These two issues are important, because when they are in the first chapter, you run the risk of turning off readers. At least in my case, I judge stories pretty harshly in the first chapter, so as to decide if they are even worth reading. 'Cause there is simply so much crap that I won't waste my time on sub-par writing and people forgetting or ignoring what level of technology Equestria is at is a major flaw in my eyes.
This is meant as advice, not hate. You have potential in this story, the interaction between Scoot and Rumble and the amusement of their friends, while cliched, is cute and pretty good and as such, I feel it's a shame that I get thrown off by mention of the school bus, which isn't even necessary to the plot. They could just as easily have had somewhere they needed to be at some specific time.
And confusing homophones always annoys me, maybe to an irrational degree.
