As much as I love anal, I felt the situations of the two sets of lovers were too similar. It was almost like you could've switched the names around and the story would've played out the same. This just made it seem like I was reading the same sex scene twice in a row.
In future chapters, make sure there's more contrast when juggling sex scenes. Both sets of lovers can even use the same position. Just make their attitudes different.
For example, have one of the stallions exert dominance in one relationship, while the other has the mare giving orders and the stallion submitting to her desires.
Both could still be identical sex acts, but the interactions between the characters is what allows the scenes to be unique from one another.

This wasn't my intention, by showing them having the same anal sex at roughly the exact same time, I was trying to show the differences between the four in their love life, mostly for character development. I was trying to show that while both couples had sex very often, the Cakes had more devious and fetish oriented sex, while Fancy and Fleur are more romance driven and 'tame' in bed, relatively speaking.
Though as the story moves along, I doubt there will be a scene any bit similar to this one, I'm trying to get the six ponies to have sex together, not by them selves with their original partner

Well the males were in a state of drunkeness which prompt that it was a half-idea of sex. The Mares took advantage of the event, with them being weak and then no clear agreement between both sides until the middle of the story.

I realize that, but you said in real life you don't respect informed consent, one of the most important aspects of interpersonal contracts. I don't care if I'm among friends. Informed consent is the norm. No one is allowed to touch me or my property without my consent. That's what leads to petty theft and those instances of folks being written on or inappropriately touched. Blanket consent is a dangerous thing for the body and property.
But that's just me. Mostly I'm upset because I love the Cakes as a couple. Breaking them up or introducing "edgy" concepts seems like an attack on them by the bourgeoise. These innocent proles are destroyed by the kinks of the upper class and their regular lives are ruined. Poor Cakes.

I apologize if you are offended or disgusted by it, but it is staying as it is. And about the Cakes, I understand exactly what you mean about them being a very innocent couple (I enjoy the slice of pony life tumblr just for that very reason) but I like to think a lot of couples in Equestria (Modern or more city-raised) are very open about sex and are less bothered about 'purity' in the household, while more down to earth families are set in strong moral beliefs and tradition.
The cakes are very open to new ideas with each other, but are only now discovering that they desire a more open sexual experience, after seeing how happy the other couples seemed to be.

Oh, no, I understand. It's your story and I'm just here to see it. But some things just move me to speak. Comments are there for commentary after all. And like I said, I feel strongly about the Cakes. They're about the only in-canon couple we get aside from the families of Twilight, Pinkie and Rarity, and they don't get much exposure. Here are not just a couple but a couple with a new family. The move my empathy and my protective instincts (I tend to be sensitive to attacks on suburban tropes and stability.) I am entirely incapable of u derstandi g why the first instinct of most writers is to tear them apart as if they were nothing.
But that's a personal thing. From what I read your story, while bizarrely prurient, at least has some interestig turns of phrase and nice characters.

The commentary is more appreciated than you know, believe me. I resonate well with chivalrous characters, growing up watching the TV shows of old where everyone was nice and respectful towards each other has had an effect on my views and habits growing into an adult.
And on the subject of prurient story elements, the main reason I wrote this is because I've read too many romantic stories that are heavily character driven, but are bereft of the kinky, erotic sex I attribute to my own love life.
