With the return of Princess Luna, however, Nightmares don't have to be anything to fear anymore. But can Luna face her own Nightmare before it consumes her?

the way I see it, you and Princess Celestia have been around for far too long to just be straight or a filly fooler (or a colt cuddler in some weird alternate universe where you're a stallion) Being around for that long probably comes with perspective that others don't have.
And the fact that you're immortal means that being picky about love isn't exactly a good idea...
p.s. I know it's supposed to be Shakespeare, but I was trying, apparently with little success, to make him more pony. heh, the other idea I had for him was to make him a billy goat called Billy Speare.

It ties in to how I think he feels about what happened when he let his greed overcome his common sense. In away, I think everyone has a bit of that in them, though definitely not in the way Spike does.
It was a good Pinkie chapter. It did not even go all totally random or break any extra fourth walls!
That is almost totally unheard of in Pinkie Pie stories

I honestly think she was quite believable.
The Pinkamena side was darker than Pinkie but not all mass murderer dark and Pinkie was still Pinkie with just an extra shot of espresso to spice things up.
The best part? both sides know they are broken and want to be whole. With time and maby a little help from Luna I think they will be just fine.

The Twixie and the "i just wanted to feed my people" Chrissie felt a little out of left field but it was still an enjoyable chapter.
I still believe that the Shade is going to be reveled as NMM or Sombra but i cant wait to find out if i am wrong

Twixie was really unplanned. It just sort of happened. The Chrysalis I depicted here, however, was something I had planned from the beginning.
