So when a distant crisis forces Fluttershy to abandon her animals in a time of need, Tree Hugger teams up with Zecora to solve the mystery behind their strange ailment.

Chrysalis is left mostly alone and powerless after her hive betrayed her and sided with Equestria. Needing some love to survive, she attempts to steal some from the nearest pony she finds.

That pony is Treehugger. Chaos ensues.

6/21/25 : I should add. This one shot is the worse mistake I have ever made. But I'll keep it up. Count it as an example of what not to do. Don't write when you're drunk. (and of course don't drink until you're the legal age in your country, that being the only of the two things I respected when making this fic.)

Tree Hugger's special connection to the earth and all things living gives her unique insight into the spiritual lives of ponies everywhere. Back on her commune she used her talents to help jaded ponies reconnect with their lives, and her work follows her to Ponyville.

Her admiration for Applejack as a pony who lives simply but fully is disturbed by an unexpected development, leading Tree Hugger to believe that Applejack is undergoing a spiritual crisis. Meanwhile Tree Hugger is also interested in meeting the human that has settled in town, for she's worried that his spirit may be forever damaged by his separation from his home world.

Spike thought only dragons could breathe smoke. Apparently he was wrong.
