What if things turned out differently? What if the MLP movie and things made sense? Meh, worth giving it a shot.

The ponies finally learn about the reason why Tempest is lacking in a horn. She shares the sad story of how she lost her horn. This story causes Twilight and the others to feel pity for the evil unicorn mare.

So, you are nearing the end of your journey...

Nearly 2 decades' worth of hiding, scavenging, and a lot of running, now you were here in the outskirts of Griffonstone, in a diner by the shoreline, waiting for your ticket to come back home.

But you should have known, it was harder to hide and work in a world where you stood out, be it intentionally or not, and today is the day when you will get a chance to attain the very object that has limited you. Today is a day of hope, but to the two that would meet you, today would be foreboding beyond comprehension in the simplest of ways.

Now, let the broken commander and mislead dragon make their move, you will be prepared to run, run as you always have, run as you have with regret, and to run for the last time. Soon your final hand with be dealt, you could only hope the stakes are to favor your fate.

For now, you waited, prepared, and in a way, resigned to a hard fate, in one way or another.

All the tags are used in a very mild manner, the story really is my mild take on a HiE story that would want to go home and how years of work have led to the finale of their story. Of course, some things are not fully thought about as I wrote this.

Clearly, another story that I spent some time on, was supposed to be another one shot, but I decided to split it into two. Not the best story out there, but it will work for a time, changes will be made.

Twilight Sparkle was just a regular unicorn with an ordinary life. Until one day she unlocks a seal containing very special cards that belonged to the legenary alicorns, Celestia and Luna, and the cards are now loose all over Equestria. Now it's up to her and her friends to find these cards before something terrible happens. However, she will have to team up with other ponies who are also searching for these cards and fight those who want these cards for selfish reasons

After 3 years in prison Tempest is released from prison into the care of Twilight Sparkle to be reformed. Tempest is not so keen on the idea of having friends after so much betrayal in her life. Unfortunately for her she has no other choice if she wants to be free again. And who knows maybe.. just maybe Twilight can be that one who stays true to what she says. Maybe Twilight is the one who really does want to be her friend.

Nearly two years since the Rebel Alliance's victory at Endor. Reformed as the New Republic, an expedition is launched into the Unknown Regions. One corvette is attacked, leaving only two droid survivors. The protocol droid and astromech venture on a journey that will affect their friendship for a lifetime.
