After the events of the episode Going To Seed, Apple Bloom and Applejack discover more evidence The Great Seedling does in fact, exist. So off they trot to track him down, whilst enjoying a bit of sisterly bonding time on the way as well.

The cutie mark crusaders find a magic artifact that makes them live a day in each of their other friends bodies.

The crusaders then decide to have fun pretending to be each other, after all how much trouble can three best friends get into pretending to be each other?

Only problem is Scootaloo has secrets. Secrets she dares not share even with her best friends.

Tagging note: I don't consider this a pure adventure story as there are two distinct chains of events unfolding in this story. one is an adventure story the other is better described as a slice of life story. So fair warning, don't be surprised by the rather long interruptions to the adventure story stuff.

It's a hard job, but somepony has to do it. Three brave fillies step up to fight crime and capture the notorious criminal, Anonymous.

Trying to make sense of it all, a young Big Mac and Applejack are caught in the middle of it. Seeking to finally make amends, Buttercup and Bright Mac make a decision, a decision that will forever change the Apple family...

Years later, Apple Bloom can't help but wonder the fate of her parents. Being the youngest, she feels left out from the rest of her family and seeks to unravel the mystery of her parents...

After Rarity falls for a new prince, Spike is infuriated for wasting five years of his life trying to please her. So Twilight, being the good friend she is, decides to calm him down as much as she can. However, she may have been a little too nice to him, because later that night Spike begins to have romantic dreams about her. At first they horrify him, but eventually he begins to like them. Then he finally begins to understand why he keeps having these dreams; he's beginning to fall in love with his best friend, but will she return his affection or leave him out in the cold like Rarity?
