Noi, a filly with a normal life, after a medical accident invlving an insane doctor, is turned incontinent, and forced to wear diapers; and to her condiction, the true colors of a "spartan sister", and hypocritical classmates shows up.

However, as soon Noi enters in her darkest hour, another filly, enters in her finest, and, while she is on the top, she decides to go down, help Noi in her quest for accept her condition... or fix it.

It should be noted that this story contains incontience, so, if you don't like it, please leave.

Also... not sure about the rating, I guessed that "Teen" was going to suffice.

I haven't had a good night's sleep in over a month and it's starting to get to me. I'm tired all the time, I have no energy to do my job and I'm constantly grouchy. I mean, I yelled at Derpy for making too much noise. She doesn't deserve that kind of abuse from her so-called best friend.

So I went to Twilight Sparkle, and she told me to start writing my dreams down in a sort of diary. She said maybe it might help, but I think that's a bunch of horseapples. Still, at this point I'm willing to try anything.

Celestia, I'm tired...

Derpy was happy with little Dinky, her adoubted little unicorn. but, a series of worring for her well being, problems with her sex life, and trouble with foal services may ruin Derpy's life. will the kindness of her love intrest Carrot Top, her friend Raindow Dash and her friends, her best friends Lyra and Bon Bon, her other and more grown up adoubted daughter Sparkler, and the rest of the Ponyvillains help Derpy in her hard time, and maybe, with divine intervention's help, get Dinky back?

Three worldly mares--self-identifying as the BGs (Backgrounders)--bring fun and a semblance of meaning to their oddly dysfunctional lives by carousing, canoodling, and capitalizing on chances to help the world that rejected them. However, the three share one other bizarre commonality--and once it is discovered, a more intense and insane journey begins. Life won't be the same--nor was it ever. A mystery-genre emotional roller coaster inspired by, and in tribute to, SS&E's Background Pony. Also contains significant Bee Gees and maybe other song references, if you're into that sort of thing.

Along a paved path of loss, sacrifice and unthinkable outcomes, will this troubled mare be able to find true happiness?

Carrot Top, now a grown mare with her own family, remembers the war when she was a filly. Ape-like creatures called humans had come to Equestria, one faction hell-bent on the subjugation of all races in the known universe, the other fighting to stop them.

She could not understand their language, but she did understand the kindness shown to her when she had lost her parents, all those years ago...
