I've decided to write a Holiday themed one-shot. I already have Christmas/Hearts Warming shipping but I was thinking of doing a New Years one-shot. What ships do you guys want to see? I've decided to challenge myself, so you cannot pick AppleDash! Even though I love the ship, I just want to try out another ship!

A lot of cool ideas and themes kept popping up. I have no idea why it is this series that is giving me so many ideas. I normally only love cool adult fancy person shows like Mr. Robot which explore cool ideas and also have canon lesbian relationships that are very complicated and interesting but it is this cartoon about talking ponies with no more than two canon lesbian ships that are both about background characters that grabs me.

Ugh.

It's not that I ever didn't like her. I mean, canon characterization is a little thin, but she's married to Shiny, so clearly she has excellent taste in stallions.

So I've been mulling over the idea of turning SOtF into a multiple-arc story type deal for a while now, and I've decided I'm not going to do that. While I absolutely adore Tree Hugger and Starlight Glimmer together (OTP!), I don't think I could extend this story and have it keep the same feeling to it.
