I am currently in the Heart of Darkness Africa to visit my family. As such, while I am not completely cut off from the world, my connection to everything is considerably more limited.

I have no idea when updates for anything are going to happen. Between family drama, me moving into my new trailer, and a bunch of other shit, I've also been working on my new Youtube channel. It's called Gamin Daemon, and I've already got a Let's Play on it for Here They Lie. Not all of the episodes are uploaded yet, because I scheduled them to upload weekdays at noon PST, but the game is done, and the last episode is scheduled
I feel bad for all those Kaleidoscope writers. I really do. Those people and the stories they put so much time and effort into creating deserve so much better than getting downvote-spammed. Hell, some of my most hated ponyfics of all time have better like-to-dislike ratios than that.

I am back and well. A LOT has happened in five years. A lot. I left the fandom for about a year before tuning back into the my little pony series itself. It was only a year ago that I finally joined a community, and it is a great community too! I've got so many good friends now and I'm a LOT happier than I was five years ago. A LOT happier. I could talk about all that's happened in the five years I've been gone but I don't think anyone is really interested in that.
In my early days in the fandom (2014), I absolutely adored this fic. It's one of the things that made me fall in love with this fandom. It was a great rendition of Kilala's next-gen universe.

Hi all you guys, gals, and enby pals, I just wanted to share this thing I was made aware of. It's amazing and I appreciate it and the person who made it deserves an award. Seriously, she's awesome and this fits so damn well with the story, it's great. It's a homestuck parody, though, so if you're opposed to that in any way, maybe watch it anyway because it’s so good.
So, good news: progress is, well, progressing. Were it not for one of my traditional "throw the entire chapter out because it doesn't feel right" rewrites, I'd probably have dropped an update a week or two ago. It's coming!
The bad news: it's slow going.
the atmosphere of the cave is dark and oppressive, the air is heavy and your breathing erratic. The sound of soft moaning somewhere deep within the twisting cave system sets your hair on end. Your nerves fray each time you hear it, the soft sound seemingly getting louder... closer. It sounds... human. It sounds pained, agonizingly slow and dreadful.

Here in the states, and probably many other nations tomorrow is the day we call Saint Patrick’s Day. Saint Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland, and has a bit of his mythology surrounding him.
That all said, they don’t call it Saint Patrick’s Day in Ireland. They call the holiday the Feast of Saint Patrick, it’s a holiday where they celebrate his life on the anniversary of his death. So yeah, the holiday isn’t his birthday but the day he died. Let that all sink in for a moment.
