Anyway, sorry for the late post, I know that I have told everypony that the preview would go up Wednesday, but yesterday was a little crazy for me so I didn't get much done. Either way here is the next preview of the story I have set for July. Now remember this is still a rough draft, I'm showing this off to get your reaction so I can improve on any problems so give me as many comments as you can.
Sorry, this came out so late. I wanted to post it on time, but the day before I was hit with a massive cold and on top of that I lost the original copy so I redo the whole thing from scratch. To make things worse the cold would go away for the entire week. I tried my best, multiple times to get the work done, but nothing. So this is a week late, I'm truly sorry. This hits harder since how important this tidbit is to the story. This is one you don't want to skip at all as this explains so much
We're back!
Soja, there were six entries. Five entrants. And shoe leather makes for an awful digestivo.
GaraTheAuthor, message me for your prize, either here or on Discord. Your entry was most excellent, and I wish I'd read it at the same time as the others, the better to squee about it to other authors.
Thank you so much for this, and for putting up with me.
Some sneak peaks of the new 'WAWWA' cover art... Still in progress... after two months...
... My hands hurt.
In the last three days, I submitted three more chapters of Twilight's Backstage Pass. All I can say is during my time doing the ninth chapter, it sums up onto why chapter stories are getting repetitive. Now before you comment down below, chapter stories is sometimes a good idea. Stories like Teacher Mothers Of The Week made me convinced but unlike that story, Twilight's Backstage Pass barely got any comments and two one shots that takes place after that.
Yeah, I just randomly disappear at this point. I've tried slowing it down, stopping it, I dunno man. I'm just bad at remaining in one place for long. However, I do have some things in mind now that the new year is properly under way.
So in my previous post, it was all about ragging on the Rainbow Roadtrip. I don't regret anything, and I still haven't completed a full watch. Lord knows I wasn't going to waste time with that during the family reunion for the long 4th of July weekend. But I've seen how people like it, including an old friend of mine. So I
While it hasn't really come up in the previous blogs, I do love when a band decides to combine instruments or genres that you wouldn't think would work together but in fact they do. For example, there's Eluvite, a metal band that has a hurdy-gurdy and sings in Gaulish sometimes. Or Nanowar of Steel's Valhalleluja, which is a mix of gospel and metal [let's be honest, Nanowar of Steel is the metal Weird Al].
Next update will be soon! Promise!
Hey, gang Gotta few blurbs to share with you all, and it's pretty exciting stuff!
First off, I apologize for my absence. I've had plenty of downtime to focus on Phases of Sunset, even amidst a 40-hr job. Admittedly, I've been focused primarily on honing on my art skills, after a long hiatus of 7 years. Sure, I sketched here and there within that time, but lacked the interest to finish anything
As the air gets colder, I take delight in seeing the little reminders of my favorite time of year sprouting up around me. A horror webseries marathon here, a Spirit Halloween megastore there... It all serves to remind me of one thing:
There's dark days coming.
To help us all get in the mood, I'm hosting a contest. Two paths to prizes, three awards each. Pick your poison.
THE BLACKEST NIGHT
I've been keeping it under my hat up 'til now because I wasn't sure whether I'd finish it, but it's got to the point where it looks promising that I will. I'm 25,000 EDIT: 40,000 words into an Equestria Girls fanfic based around the idea of second chances (because that's not been done ten-thousand times ), with some cutesy (not epic) Twi x Sunset shipping, some friendshipping with the Sirens/Dazzlings, and general Christmas shenanigans. It's set post-Rainbow Rocks and
Seriously though, the second published chapter since the exam doldrums, following up with Guiding of the Sirens chapter two!
So a bit over a year ago now, (June 14, 2015) I wrote up and published A Few Days Prior, which was intended as a little prelude to the movie, and so I could have fun developing my guesses for the Shadowbolts' characterizations based solely off the toys' boxart.
Not long after, the first actual trailer came out, and revealed this:
