Applejack carried her bucket of apples through the woods. She continued walking, until she passed by a nearby lake. She got caught up in her reflection that she accidentally dropped her bucket of apples into the lake. “Oh no, no, no, no, no!” She looked into the lake, watching the bucket sink to the bottom. She sighed, sitting down.

Then, the water started glowing. She backed up. “What the..?”

Before she knew it, a mare raised out of the lake. She stared in disbelief. “Who are you?”

I read through it, and figured out that I likely didn't do it because it wasn't particularly compelling or interesting, but I feel it's at least a little bit amusing, so I leave it here for anyone to read if they want. He was a peculiar, energetic, cocoa drinker with ginger legs and wobbly eyebrows. His friends saw him as a gleaming, gentle giant. Once, he had even helped a foolish injured bird cross the road. That's the sort of man he was.

Izzy smiled at her friends as they admired the horns she had given them to borrow. Sunny was most pleased with hers, as Hitch seemed a little uneasy with such a thing upon his head. It's funny where inspiration can come from. I hadn't a vague clue on what to write next until I though about the old video games I used to play, especially Atari and various arcade games. Simple as they may be, you could make up stories for them. And that is what I plan to do in the possibly near future.

I want to make short stories starring various ponies and make them based on the games of old. I welcome any ideas y'all can cook up as well.
