About to go to bed and I figure I'd give an update. I'm about half ways done with Harry's part in day two and I'm finally getting to some action. If you're not familiar with the Dresden Files, it's action heavy with a lot of magic slinging and fighting with supernatural beings. So far, it's been kind of minimal in the story, but as I've been saying it'll start taking off the second day in. And now it has. So far it's short and I've had to redo it once cause I didn't like how it started out the
Yes, finally got the new story up for "Vignettes". It is partly based on experience, as I do have a home gym, and it can be hard to be motivated to workout at home. For one, I workout alone. For another, it is so accessible: people might think it's a good thing, but in reality, it is not. There's always the mentality that the gym is just there, within reach, so you can always workout anytime. So you begin to postpone one day, then that becomes two, then the days become a week, then the week

Roxy's ear twitched and she turned to look at him again. "Huh?"
"My brother," he said as he turned to look back at her, "He told me, many moons ago, that there was something special about you. I can see now that he was right."
"He…did?" Roxy muttered, feeling a mix of emotions rush through her.

Holy crap, that was some of the sloppiest schlock hack writing the show has ever vomited forth.
Screw all continuity, laziest Deus Ex ever... my god. Thank goodness the show is ending.
I'm just going to list the most glaring things that were utterly wrong, and a few of the lacking developments. I sat in shock at the diarrhea of writing I'd just seen splashed upon the screen for a time.
As you probably noticed, the story got revoked (which is a shame because it was doing so well in spite of the barely coherent insanity). But for those that liked the story and want to read it as many times as you like, here it is in blog form:

Just a fair warning, this will be a very rambly post about the history of this story, a little bit about my own personal history with the show and fandom, and a rough roadmap for the future. Maybe not necessarily in that order.
Where to begin? First thing's first is I will get this out of the way right off the bat:

Synopsis: All mothers love their children, and all mothers feed their children. Princess Chrysalis and her mother are no different, except that to a changeling, "love" and "food" are the same thing. Well... mostly.

In case you haven't read chapter 7 yet, the "big surprise" I've been talking about (not really a surprise but whatever) is there is a SONG to go alongside the chapter! Wow, hard to imagine I'm already at 14 chapters! I hope you are enjoying the story thus far. This was a fun chapter to write, since the setting allowed for some more creative fun stuff than what Amethyst Hollow could potentially offer. Lots of nooks and crannies, little side rooms, excuses to take advantage of unique architecture.
The next live-reading part of HtHYP is out! The third part will be coming out a little quicker than this one. I do believe I've made quite the fan out of Straight. 
Again, their female character voices are phenomenal so be sure to give their channel a look! They also have a Patreon and other platforms linked there.
The Sole Survivor's body count enters the triple digits and continues rising, in Survivor's Testament: Week Three.
This week: Back-breaking labour, major malfunctions, and an entirely undeserved promotion.
The Sole Survivor has not yet hit rock bottom, or at least he hopes not, in Survivor's Testament: Week Four.
This week: Deliberately caused accidents, ghoul groupies, and public humiliation as a means of discipline.
