Hey again. Chapter 13 of Fallout Equestria: Black Cat is finished. What is with fimfiction lately? Every time I try to upload a file from google docs it gets messed up somehow. It is bolded and centered even though I used neither. It wasn't fantastic before, it kept messing up bolded text, but somehow it has gotten worse. It's really annoying that I have to waste time fixing formatting. Whatever, the chapter is uploaded.

Hey again. Chapter 12 of Fallout Equestria: Black Cat is finished. Next chapter is where things get really crazy. And yes, Spitzer has a stand. What is it with me and writing scenes where people sit down and drink tea? There is one in the latest chapter of White Raven I am writing. I promise it wasn't intentional. Hey again. Chapter 23 of Fallout Equestria: Black Cat is finished. Finally, Tact Coat has been dealt with. I had no idea she would be so hard to beat. She just refused to stay down. This 14 chapter arc is finally over with! Now we can move on to bigger and better things. Next chapter Break and Scavenger will be heading for Zinnia to learn what happened to Green Mile and what sort of nastiness she's gotten herself involved in.

Chapter 20 of Fallout Equestria: Black Cat is done. You know, when I gave Break her stand, I was worried that it would make her too powerful against muggles(normal ponies) and things would become boring. Somehow though, I am very good at thinking up ways to counteract her powers. It seems it doesn't matter how powerful I make my characters, I always come up with ways to screw them over.

Chapter 20

Sorry, this took so long. I had a week vacation at my parent's house, so that slowed things a bit. Exploring Break's powers was fun. I always seem to come up with crazy new ideas on how to use it. I love thinking up new ways to use them. I think at this point I have explained for the most part how her powers work and what are its limits. If you have any questions, feel free to post them below. I promise next chapter Break's stand will have a name.
