Honesty, Kindness, Loyalty, Laughter, and Generosity exist in the real world. However, Magic does not. Friendship does, and thus-

I'm gonna stop you there. Yes, Friendship is Magic, but it's the only Magic that truly exists in our world. So maybe, the final element is Friendship, not Magic.

Corrupting Harmony
Fluttershy is obviously stronger than we think. She was most resilient when Discord was trying to corrupt her. She only fell when he forcefully made her a brute. Yes, Twilight lasted longer, but that was because all of her friends needed to be the opposite of who they really were before she was corrupted.

Luna
There were 'animation errors' showing Luna's old mane style. But were they really animation errors? Or were they showing Luna was not quite to the strength she was before Nightmare Moon?
S3E1+2
Sombra's 1st Banishment
People say that it was Celestia and Luna who banished him. But Celestia herself said that it had been a thousand years ago. Luna had already been banished a thousand years prior to the return. But that leaves the question of who banished Sombra. And don't say that Luna seemed to know that the empire was gone, Celestia could've told her. If I'm gonna be honest, I think it could've been alicorns that were never mentioned in the show.
