I'd be surprised if nopony leveled up from all the references I posted in my story... unless different people found each one. Just giving you guys a sneak peak of what I've been working on. Just some stuff to help visualize the story.
Yet another impulse post. But, hey, reading over old comments got me thinking. There are probably plenty of people here that aren’t very familiar with the classic Doctor Who series, and I might as well write something to give people an idea what to expect, and put it in a place where they don’t have to go through the comments on Aces High to learn (though I certainly wouldn’t mind new readers).
Classic Who vs. New Who
It's the most wonderful time of the year (or near enough) and that means it's time for holiday avatars. The traditional embellishment is a Santa hat, but I like to go the extra mile. And while I've done plenty of Christmas avatars, I've never done a specifically Hearth's Warming-oriented one. Ergo, FoMEy the Windigo.

For one thing, I added in some references in the author’s notes, including one that nobody picked up on: the song Pinkie’s playing on the AKG-9000 is called “Bronco Rockin’ Beats,” a reference to the song “Block Rockin’ Beats” by the Chemical Brothers.
