I need to be more careful
It was shit.
Like, cliche teen dramas, but this time there's a killer involved. In the first season, it even felt as if the whole killer thing was a sideshow to the teen drama until the last third of the season. I found myself rooting for the killer way too often because of the pure agony the show put me through by having me care about those annoying teenagers.

Instead of working on A Thousand Roses yesterday, I ended up reading a number of additional stories off of my high priority Read It Sooner list, as well as re-reading a couple of older stories that I read before I started doing reviews.
I really need to get to work on finishing up my story… but I can’t say that I didn’t enjoy the experience of reading many of these works.
Today’s stories:
I was going to write a blog post about the finale, but having gotten about halfway through it, I’m not really sure what it was going to add to the discussion – to a great extent, it felt like a rehash of the episode, rather than adding anything of value.
But I do have things I want to say about it, so I will have to reformulate my thoughts.
In the meanwhile, I actually started reading stories again. And, well, as long as I was reminiscing… what about another review set?
*gasp* I actually have a character design for her? Impossible!
Yesterday, I read the entirety of Mort and several works of pony fanfiction, and added a thousand words to Mistletrapped.
Today, I read the better half of Pyramids and several works of pony fanfiction, and shall add another thousand words, if not more, to Mistletrapped.
Seems I’ve had a couple of pretty good days here, doubly so as I enjoyed several of today’s stories.
Today’s stories:
Treehouse by Present Perfect
... and I may have just talked not only myself but a collaborator into some impromptu livewriting performance art.
That's right, it's time for another guest author week for everypony's least-favorite slashfic compilation, and the only thing I seem to have the energy to actually update these days, https://www.fimfiction.net/story/139257/90-extremely-short-incredibly-horrible-shamelessly-bizarre-slashfics-plus-1-thats-just-plain-insane-not-to-mention-a-character-uprising-a-bomb-threat-a-few-optional-stable-time-loops-a-foalnapping-additionally-saving-the-world . Expect great questionably-romantic drabbles
While this statistic probably doesn’t exist, I’d put money on the Lauritzen Gardens/Kenefick Park having more locomotive by weight than any other public park in the US. Sweetsong was right to guess you’d put them where traffic on the highway can see them; in fact, they’re on a hill overlooking I-80.
My Names For The Characters In MLP: FIM
This is a list of what I low-key call the characters in MLP: FIM and will probably incorporate into some fan fictions at some point down the road.
Some of these were borrowed from my mom, because they were too funny to pass up.
Anywayz! Here they are.
Commander Thunder Ass (Commander Tempest)
Sparkle Butt (Twilight Sparkle)
Communist Jane (Starlight Glimmer)
Bacon Bits (Sunset Shimmer)
Curious about my presentation about character hooks at Everfree Northwest?
I have modified, slightly expanded, and uploaded the PowerPoint presentation I gave, in PDF form. All of the information I went over during my presentation (including a couple things people asked questions about) should be in there now.
That being said, questions or comments are certainly welcome!
I'm depressed, so I'm gonna just post the chapter I edited this weekend instead of sitting on it 'til Tuesday like I intended. It will give me that little sliver of joy. Anyway I have no idea when a good time to post chapters of longer works is, so if I just do it randomly maybe I'll hit on something.

You're fabulous.
Question. What kind of bear is best?
I like black bears because they are the ones you can't escape.
They're kinda like danguses and dinguses.
