Rarity is at her wits' end. Try as she might, she can't come up with an idea for her charity fundraiser. But Applejack can, and now she has to convince Rarity and Fluttershy to take part in the last thing either of them wants to do.

It’s one misadventure after another for Pinkie Pie and Rarity as they hoof it home. They'll throw down with angry locals, empty stomachs, tourist traps and the largest confection this side of Equestria. It's not just a question of can make it home. Can they do it together?

Inspired by classic comedy duos, you'll find a bit of Laurel & Hardy, a smidgen of Abbott & Costello, a dose of Martin & Lewis and a well-timed dash of Hope & Crosby.

Sweetie Belle pulls a prank on Rarity, but a good laugh is not the only thing that she wants.

Princess Luna decides that the Sisterhooves Social is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality bonding time with Princess Celestia. Do Sweetie Belle and Applebloom stand a chance or do the princesses of Equestria have this competition in the bag?

When Rarity is overwhelmed with making designs for an agriculture exhibition, she turns to Applejack for advice. But when she gives Applejack a hair style treatment in return, the apple farmer lets her accent slip from southern drawl to sophisticated Manehattenite. The result? More fancy parties than you can shake a candy apple at!

Applejack. For too long, that has been the only thought in Rarity's head. Finally, she will go all out to find out if the mare she cares for could ever return her feelings. The stage is set. The night is planned. Even the cutie mark crusaders will not be able to mess this up for her.

When Scootaloo is injured, and a certain secret revealed, the element of generosity is put to the test.

After a disappointing date with Fancy Pants, Rarity finds herself longing for a hard, rough, physical encounter. Hot and bothered, she sets off to find somepony who can fulfill her lustful desires. Luckily for her, a familiar face is among the crowd, and soon Rarity’s plans of seduction are set into motion. Will she succeed in her quest? A lady doesn’t kiss and tell ;) so you better just read to find out. (Rarity X Applejack)

Applejack is certain that she works the hardest of all her friends, as apple-bucking is a stressful and tiring job. She ponders how somepony like Rarity would fare in her role - to Applejack, fashion-designing has to be one of the easiest 'jobs' you could possibly do. However, after enacting on her suspicions, she quickly finds herself in a furious argument with her close friend, leading to interesting results.

This story is a sequel to The Fires of Friendship

Applejack is bitter about her lineage among the wealthy and sophisticated Oranges of Manehattan, who apparently abandoned her simple country family. Rarity is desperate to fit in with the urbane elites of the fashion world, even if it means disparaging and rejecting the Ponyville home she loves. On a trip to the big city for Equestria's famous Fashion Week, Applejack will teach Rarity to be honest and true to herself, and Rarity will show Applejack that a little generosity and forgiveness go a long way. Together, they will learn that each has exactly what the other needs to be complete.

This story is in the same continuity as "The Fires of Friendship," and I suppose it is a sequel of sorts, though there is no need to read that story first. More than anything, this story is birthday present for a dear friend, and a fun celebration of her favorite ship.
