Princess Twilight Sparkle has been trying to get comfortable in her new castle in Ponyville. It has all of the amenities she could ever want, including a massive library for her to indulge in, but it's still a big adjustment for a mare like her. On top of this, she is less than enthused when you point out that this massive library inside of a castle could inherently be considered a book fort.

Though it sounds to you like that's exactly what she needs right now.

Twilight Sparkle is an extremely important pony to you. After ending up in Equestria, she was the one who took you in. She was the one who taught you what friendship can be. She was the one who treated you like an actual person. Over time, the two of you became extremely close. How could you not fall for her? The problem was, you weren't brave enough to let her know that. It took some time to finally build up the courage to tell her how you feel.

But you were a day too late.

After a hard day's work at the post office, Derpy Hooves has a list of errands she needs to take care of. After all, she has to be ready for tonight!

You ended up in Equestria about two years ago, and in that time, you've become quite close with a number of ponies. Of them, Rarity in particular has left a major impression on you. She seems to enjoy having you around, and you appreciate the company.

That said, there is one major roadblock getting in the way of your relationship. More than anypony you know, Rarity is extremely concerned with keeping up appearances. As a fashion designer and all-around fabulous mare, she frequently wants your opinion on how she looks.

Unfortunately for you, you're a human with no way of telling what makes a pony "beautiful."

The prospect of meeting an alien has always fascinated Rainbow Dash. With countless worlds out there beyond the stars, who is to say that extraterrestrial life doesn't exist? What would they be like? In your old world, magic only existed in fiction. However, once you wound up in Equestria, everything you knew was suddenly called into question, and magic became just another daily occurrence. As such, it should have come as no surprise when you were more enamored by the stage magic of "The Great and Powerful" Trixie than most. And just days ago, she asked you out to dinner, thus making the two of you official.

Since then, you've been as happy as can be. However, you're quickly realizing that life with Trixie can be a bit more... demanding than you were expecting.

After straining for a while, it turns out that Rainbow Dash needs reading glasses, which sucks, because that's super uncool. But it's worth it to get to read the new Daring Do, and besides, it's not like she needs them all the time.
