The story spools the ideas of achievements and egos, monumental occasions and the turn out that comes from them. It is tragic in the mere sense of losing yourself to an ambition, and how it can be dangerous to want too much.

On a rainy day a young Fluttershy, who is still new to Ponyville, finds herself caring for her bunny friends. One has a broken paw and the other won't leave her side. Unable to move the bunny without hurting it Fluttershy stays with them. Then she met her for the first time.

Soarin, Wonderbolt, endurance flyer and lover of pies finds himself experiencing the most miserable day of his life: the day after a bad break-up.

Can he get himself to live through it? Can he learn to move on with his life? What about his younger sister? All of these are questions he need to figure out for himself.

It's been three years since the incident. The incident that brought both Princess to tears, and after all that time, one of them has trouble getting past it.

Discord has realized that by partaking in the harmonious actions of friendship, he may be betraying his original purpose: to be the God of Chaos.
As he asks himself questions, he starts to wonder what his true purpose is. If he is supposed to be the God of Chaos, then how can he have friends?
