Getting to see Harwick unveil this was definitely one of the highlights of the Discord chat yesterday. Gorgeous stuff. And as you noted, it increases the amount of artwork where Cerea gets to keep some dignity by an appreciable percentage.

...actually, I did tell him that he'd slimmed her true measurements by quite a bit, and asked what he'd used for the visual reference. Her build is her build. (There are canon numbers, which omit the hips because that's when she kicks.)
However, I also didn't ask him to change his interpretation. Every artist has their own vision. Also, don't look a gift centaur in the teeth.
In terms of size, there's one other thing to note: scale of centaur to pony. Everyone has their own ideas for pony height. (I've seen a few which don't have them come up to a human knee: large cats.) This image does come closer to the way I typically picture it.

I think it’s quite tasteful. I always liked this character but the fetishy aspect of her were always a bit annoying. She looks downright normal...for a half woman half horse.
Harwicks stuff is awesome so that's a pretty badass gift.

Rather than go into this spiral, I'll just say that judgments of 'normal' tend to vary. Plus all Victoria's Secret stores need to be sued for discrimination and then burned to the ground, but that's more of a personal sway. And let's leave it at that.
(Ironically, this is considerably more cleavage than her everyday wear would ever show. It's probably one of Ms. Garter's nightwear/lingerie pieces.)

5396543 Hey! What has Victoria ever done to you personal... um... Ahem. Moving right along. Sorry, you hit a 'guy' button there. It's our favorite place to shop at the mall, after all. My wife (who is of ample build) gets a number of her... items there, and they've never broken despite the stress and that's all I'm going to say about it because there's always the chance no matter how small that she might read this and I have great respect for being able to sleep inside the house.
Anyway, Harwick is awesome, you're awesome, and a certain centaur is looking pretty fine.

I've always imagined the height of the average Pony to be around four feet at the head, others being larger, of course ( Luna and Big Mac being closer to five-and-a-half, and Celestia reaching seven feet tall).

I tend to imagine ponies around the size of large dogs. The above is probably on the smaller end of the scale to emphasize the intimidating size of Cerea by comparison. (Although I might tweak it some yet...)

As for Cerea’s “other” size, it really wasn’t the focus of the image, but it is a, er... big part of her characterization and struggles, so I don’t want to totally dismiss it either. Some
tweaking... um, adjusting of that area may happen as well as the image isfleshed outdevelopedfinished.Once I saw a size comparison of pony!Fluttershy to human!Fluttershy which used Angel Bunny as a common reference. That's why my headcanon is adult ponies are the height of a German Shepherd or maybe a bit bigger, with Celestia about the height of a normal horse.

This is awesome, not just because it's a Monster Musume crossover, but the art itself is wonderfully detailed and shaded. I would love to see the color version once it's complete, especially with the level of effort already put into the work. And the care put towards character attributes.

This is a great point that I don't see many people mention with Cerea in particular. I've seen too many artists who seem to believe she's a walking cupsize.
