I'm all for making a series (
) with multiple stories and spin-offs or whatever, but two years? 
I dunno if I could hold my attention on either reading or writing something that long.
I also don't like how it seems to trivialize any potential in-depth exploration of two mares having a foal together. No special potions, no gene splicing, no magic, no R63/futa shenanigans, no awkwardness of finding a sperm donor, no exploration into adoption, no sacrificing their firstborn to Moloch... just "tey lurve each udda so foal happens!!1!!"
I started reading that, and then those damn chapter sizes made me wonder what the fuck is even happening. It's still in my favorites, yet I haven't read it for 80% of the story, apparently.
Now we just get to look forward to the next shitty -verse.

I only ever knew the verse and Cloud Kicker through the Hard Reset series. Even then she pissed me off and her inclusion in the series felt awkwardly forced at best.
Then the author thinks its a good idea to write a side story recounting the entire series from her POV.

You do have a good point with the karma-houdini whores comment. Cloudkicker is running on such a karma deficit that she will get reincarnated as a bunny rabbit.
