So, I am "fandom old".

By that, I don't mean that I've been a MLP-fan for a long time (though I have, like ever since G1), but that I have been active in my fair share of fandoms in my time. I know my way around fandoms, I know what to avoid and how to enjoy myself in one.

And I LOVE fanfiction.

I love fanfiction for fanfiction's sake. I love fix-it fics, I love shipping (obviously), I love interpretations and expansions and interesting angles and ideas.

This is why you will never catch me debating whether somebody's take is "wrong" or expanding on how a particular fic disagrees with my personal headcanon. It's fanfiction! As long as it is internally consistent, there is no wrong. If I think something is dumb or doesn't work for me, I just exit the fic and move on. 🤷

Favorite Recurring Characters: Thorax and Maud Pie.
Favorite Ship: I am a total Fluttercord-shipper (platonically and romantically) and I will skip fics that pair Discord with someone else. 😜 I also love Pear Butter/Bright Mac. 💕 I have no preference when it comes to pairing up other characters (with the obvious exceptions of incest and pedophilia)!
Fanfic Weaknesses: Fluttercord, of course. But I also love fics that feature Thorax & Pharynx being all brotherly and fics that feature the adorable relationship between Rainbow Dash and Tank. And, weirdly, fics that feature Buckball.
