Its fine I can understand malfunctioning technology causing delays. Your story is interesting, however, I think that the chapters could be longer.
Make them a little bit longer, and fix some minor spelling and grammar issues (from what i saw) and you're good to go.
How did you go from chapter 1 to chapter 3? Other than that your chapter seems rushed.
