The Grey Pegasus

Pony stuff author since 2012. Writes supposedly good stuff. Still haven't made a break. Still persistent. Probably highly unlucky. Or hated by the universe. Either determined or insane. Or both.

E

A boring, pointless slice of life story. Mainly as a way to break the annoying case of writer's block.

I think this may be my most casual story written to date. It's so pointless. All it was made for was to escape that horrible feeling of writer's block. Actually, this story got pretty meta (especially in the end), it creeped me out a bit. Still.

Cover art is not amazing. 30 minutes of work in GIMP using a laptop touchpad. Also used the Pony Creator. So I think it's an accomplishment in that respect. decent. About an hour of work in Photoshop. Really just to get a cover in. Kinda a pride thing.

Overall, definitely nowhere near one of my best stories, but I just had to write this down and out of my head. It's not really interesting at all, and all it has are ridiculous ramblings. You know what? This story is just barely decent. Originally, I envisioned something more interesting. Then I let it sit for two days because I accidentally fell asleep in the middle of my only good writing session, breaking what little momentum I had.

However, there is that random detail of the metal I dubbed thaumium. I will probably use that later in one of my stories. And as for that claw, it's most definitely going to show up in another one of my stories.

Anyways, I apologize for this story. It didn't turn out the way I expected it to. But hey- that annoying feeling of writer's block. Screw the fact that I have tests. I just rewrote this thing to how I think I want it and I'm happy. Yeah... I'm good. Time to cross out all those negative stuff!

Wicked cool bud, and it looks like we're on the same page for the moment with writing. That's if you're describing your own predicament also. If not, then I guess you somehow guessed how my mind has been working lately. Good job psychic. :raritywink:

Also, I loved all the little easter eggs relating to various elements around your writing. The AToR reference, the use of Chrystal, and everything else. Well done, fine sir.

Hint hint: After I publish my stories in the works, you might want to take a look back at this story. :raritywink:

1458664 K, I probably will. :ajsmug:
