Hey there. Have to say, so far, this looks like it could be a decent story. REALLY appreciate the work going into the dialogue, characterizations and future chapter set-up. The stuff from the flashbacks to Twilight's time both before and after the dialogues between Sunny, Argyle, Hitch, Phyllis and Sprout were well shown - particularly the stuff about Skyros. And the stuff from the G5 ponies was appreciated as well.
On to the next chapter.
Again, the "past and present" stuff is rather well-shown. Definitely appreciated that look at Sunny shortly after her father died, especially with Hitch stepping up and trying to comfort Sunny. And the bits of showing Twilight's first encounter with Opaline while checking up on Skyros with Celestia and Luna was great build-up too. Plus, the bits of the altered version of Sunny and Hitch's first meeting with Izzy were wonderful stuff.
Again, on to the next chapter.
REALLY appreciated the looks at Twilight's first encounter with some of the Skyros alicorns as well as the dialogue between Sunny, Izzy and Hitch as they were going over possible plans to prepare for a trip.

REALLY loved how well Seashell took Izzy being a unicorn (even if most of the other Earth Ponies were freaking out in the other way) - pretty good foreshadowing for later when she makes friends with a unicorn and a Pegasus. And the stuff about Twilight getting frustrated with how the Skyros Alicorns have been treating her thus far and then pretty much calling Opaline out on over-inflating her own importance was beautiful too (unfortunately, Twilight got trapped in a series of vines, though there IS a chance that she could escape for at least a little while). And then, well, really liked Phyllis giving greater info on certain details on the seals and the fluctuations concerning magic (still there for right now but fading [though I have a feeling Sunny and her friends, both old and new, will end up fixing that in the end]). Glad to see Phyllis being more reasonable here than in canon.
Definitely looking forward to more of this.

Okay this is actually an interesting start of a story so it follows Twilight and her flashback about the history of this island that she never heard of called Skyros the home of the alicorns what she talked to Celestia about it and she even admitted that she misses home so much but this time it's here again and they don't know how they're going to approach this but hopefully they can meanwhile in the future it looks like just a normal day in Maretime Bay Sunny just being usual have yourself but somehow getting in trouble by Phyllis by her Interruption and everything and sunny felt really bad that Argyle had to do with that but he didn't get mad at her so they decided to send a message across Equestria with the lantern I wonder how this will work out

Whoa izzy just showed up right now that was pretty early on but it is an alternate path so yeah
Oh man that is really sad but also sweet at the same time so somewhere in the past Twilight Celestia and Luna finally arrived to the destination but they're welcoming was not too kind when this Alicorn named Opaline was very hostile with Twilight but luckily somebody diffused the situation but things got really heated literally somewhere in the future Sunny's father passed away which it was still sad that she lost her father and living by herself and hitch was the only one who there for her and had throughout the days she was getting very bored during the exact same thing everyday and the worst part is she got fired from the library because of Phyllis disapprove but the next day sunny thinks this is going to be a new day which she's right because there was a new pony came in town but instead it was a unicorn name Izzy and I wonder how this will go
“It’s Twilight Sparkle,” she corrected with a scowl.
“Yes, yes, whatever. To the banquet halls my dears!”
Oh boy this is going to be a long day for Twilight
Oh yeah especially Posey would love to make a scene just to make her point sigh 😕
Hitch raised an eyebrow. “A blow torch? Do you have a permit for that?”
“Uh, hehe, no comment.” Izzy sheepishly tapped her hooves together.

Okay this is pretty interesting so in the past an Alicorn King name Calathea got the news that Celestia and Luna have returned which he never thought he would see those two ever again but then they heard that those two sacrifice their powers to Twilight which he was pretty stunned and so far this is not a good start for Twilight at least meanwhile in the future Izzy explained about how she got here and even talking about making new friends which she did with sunny and probably hitch which was nice and apparently she even got the note that Sunny made a long time ago but somehow they want to explore around to see if there's others out there but in the meantime Sunny wants to show her around but hitch thinks that she will make a panic but they made a disguise for her I wonder how this will work out
Oh boy I see why Celestia and Luna never talk about this place they're a bunch of jerks
So Opaline already know that they were coming very suspicious
I knew it so not just only Maretime Bay but also bridlewood and zephyr Heights as well
Ohh okay this is actually going to get really good this time so in the past apparently the king is showing Celestia and Luna around how much they missed and of course he was basically talking down on Twilight like she was a nobody which that annoys the heck out of me and she needed a break but then she knew about Opaline figure that Celestia and Luna will be coming back and she's been planning on something which unfortunately she is and she trapped Twilight I hope Celestia and Luna knows what's going on here meanwhile in the future sunny so Izzy around the town even at the beach but she came across with the two ponies seashell and Dahlia which both of them were pretty surprised with a different reaction and not only that it looks like Phyllis knew about what was going on as well but apparently she knew what was going on about that they were trapped inside of a barrier and also the history of why this is happening so sunny and Izzy want to find out how to make this right so she lend them a hot air balloon and even getting hitch to come aboard not knowing what the heck is going on and something tells me things are going to get crazy I guess we'll find out next time
