So.. I like this. I like the concept a lot. But, it's very creepy. The doctor is creepy. Incredibly creepy. The usage of the word cum in a medical setting is creepy. The nurse(doctor in training) is creepy with her affection for the doctor. Basically, while I enjoy this, I don't know who it's for.

Generally I write for myself, but when I started this years ago I was writing it in the mindset of some of what I'd read on this site that had gotten thousands of hits and likes. Maybe in the stories I read I hit a vein of creep?
I let it go but picked it up as a break from an enormous 3 volume set I've been writing about the 3 ages of Equestria, which is probably 7-800 pages so far. It's a blast to write, but exhausting. Watching that thing grow from a single idea to a massive tome has been incredible.

Dont get disheartened about it! I commented because I legitimately like the concept, and even the content. It's also pretty well written! It's just that the two characters here are really, really unsettling when I try to think of them as real characters instead of set pieces, and I don't think that's the mood you were shooting for. The end result for this bit is a story that doesn't seem to have a specific audience, so I'd guess that's why there is a low interaction rate on this story.
