Elliot and Ethyl Plundell were hardworking ponies, and no mistake. They made their living off their land, and were good and honest ponies. But one thing was for sure and certain. Both were growing old, and Elliot was having issues with his health. They had decided that a young, strong colt from the orphanage would do nicely to help with the chores around their farm, Dandelion Dale, and he would be raised up amongst the newly forming Ponyville.

When a wiry, ginger haired, pink pegasus filly arrives, who's wings looked too large for her tiny body, their lives are turned inside out, upside down and every possible which way. But Elliot and Ethyl have never found their lives more full of love and no mistake about it.

This story is inspired by Anne of Green Gables, and it's netflix / TV series Anne with an E.
It is set in Ponyville, in a time shortly after it was founded.
This story may also touch on social issues. Chapters regarding those will have content warnings before any of the narrative.

Release schedule is intended to be a chapter every other week, so two per 30 day period.
