"When the buckled girder lets down the grinding span, the blame of loss, or murder, is laid upon the man." - Julia Ecklar & Leslie Fish

The Mareconi Wireless Radio. A brand-new invention that allows messages to be sent to ships at sea without the need of magic. It is but a novelty, only being available at the Manehattan Harbor and on a few select vessels.

This newfangled nonsense would be put to very good use one calm night. As I was just about to finish cleaning and shut everything down, a message came through the wireless that, for the first time ever, made my blood run cold.

"CQD CQD SOS Titanic Position 41.44 N 50.24 W. Require immediate assistance. Come at once. We struck an iceberg. Sinking"

Why did you give the Titanic the same name it had in real life?

I have been waiting for a story like this, Keep up the good work!

Why do you ask such stupid questions all the time?

11408595
Thank you! I appreciate it!

Well, I read this story and I did like it. I still don't get how both world are able to coexist, though.

Are you stupid? Got knocked on the head? Why would he NOT use the ACTUAL name of the ACTUAL ship?

Let me think of an answer. Hmm. Oh, I know. MAYBE BECAUSE IT IS THE REAL LIFE SHIP?!

Una

The wireless operators fixed the marconei wireless on the ship despite the original instructions and white star having specifically told them not to only a day or so after leaving port. This would later become crucial and both men would become heroes. A little bit of history. Check out Historic Travels on YouTube, he's extremely knowledgeable on the Titanic.

I'd personally love to read the story of the S.S Atlantic which was white stars worst accident till the Titanic disaster.

Well this was an interesting little read. Pretty unique too. Titanic and her sister ship the Olympic somehow existing in equestria only to fade away back to our reality once the titanic fully went under. Thanks for the little intriguing read my good author. Wish we got to see them meet the ponies even if only briefly before disappearing.

Thank you so much. The passengers and crew meeting the ponies is a cool idea that I may capitalize on in a future story.

I’ll simply say “I’m intrigued.”
