These are all fetish tags. F/ffm implies one female in a dominant role, and two females and a male in submissive roles. OV stands for Oral Vore. AV stands for Anal Vore.

I've seen these tags used on fiction for more than twenty years (and have posted fiction for that long as well), so they must have changed usage if casing doesn't imply age anymore. It used to be F meant adult female, f meant teen female (underage but post-pubescent), and g meant young girl; as with M, m, and b. I've never seen OV and AV before. It seems odd to abbreviate "vore" as "OV", but ymmv.

Greetings, to clear up some for you I have only ever used the upper and lowercase letter to refer to dominant and submissive position. I can understand that have that function but it is not something I have come across so I have never used them in that manner.
And just as SilverBlade5 said, the OV is an abbreviation for Oral Vore specifically, instead of just vore. This is to differentiate vore done through swallowing via the mouth and for example Anal Vore (AV) which uses the buttocks.
