Love the story all the way, and I very much like the build up of mystery you brought with this along with a good build up, and I like that there is still has some of it with the colt mentioning "Mommy' waiting for them; I wonder if we will hear more of this Mommy and other things she is into. I wonder if we will see a sequel to this.

Normally, I'd nitpick about using "then" instead of "than", but given that babies don't know proper grammar, that can be excused here.

So did Twilight just never try to track down Tyke, during the early weeks of her problem? I feel like she would’ve figured out he was tied to it in some way considering it all started shortly after meeting him.

I wonder where did Twilight go?
