A friend of mine had this idea of Queen Chrysalis from My Little Pony being resurrected, but she's shrunk and kept as a pet by her replacements. I figured this would make for a cool "what-if" scenario.

You do realize changelings aren't ponies, right? And that she could have tried to solve her problem by shapeshifting into her previous size (or tried and failed for whatever reason)? Not that I mind her being in a cage at the mercy of others, but given her past, I'd expect some resourcefulness from her

Pharynx and Ocellus were shown transforming into monsters much larger than themselves, so it's safe to assume that resizing oneself via disguise should be feasible. In fanfics, whether or not there are limitations to the size (maximal or minimal) a disguised changeling can achieve often depends on the author. For example, it could depend on how skilled at shapeshifting a particular changeling is and/or how much magic they have
