The overall story beats of the rewrite are smiliar to the old one... just more fleshed out... some chapters are the same as the old one..

I think I posted it on fanfiction... under another name. Not sure... didn't like how the old one turned out.

Oh you almost got me. I was about to say surprisingly they care about children but I like you proved me wrong

I am generally surprised they care. Kind of odd that slave labor is okay but pregnancy changes anything

“She’s a slave now.” She loosened her grip on Pinkie. “She has to abide by new rules now.” She gave Marble a harsh stare. “No big sister, to give you gifts. No big sister to protect you.” She put her lips to Pinkie’s right ear. “Which means, I have you all to myself.” She seductively whispered before letting go of her. “Stay out of trouble.” She laughed as she walked back to her perch on the catwalk.

I have to admit this gave me shivers. It's the kind of cold heartedness I expect in my villains.

Leaving the bakery, the sisters’ stepped onto the veranda. Buttoning up their wool coats, they looked up and down the street, watching putter-cars and wagons pass them by. Giving each other silent nods, they walked along the veranda towards the main intersection of their hometown of Ashmore.

I think the town name is Maybe a reference to secretforstudio Trevor Henderson animated series they did. The actual town in England   I think.  or this just could be a complete coincidence

“I’m… Free!” Pinkie laughed out loud. “I’m free!” She began to cry. “She can’t hurt me!” She sobbed, her voice cracking as she clung onto sister. “She… Can’t… Hurt… Me…” Marble stared wide eyed at the sobbing mess that was her sister. Holding back her own emotions she hugged her and let her sister unload her emotions. They stayed bound to each other until they heard a knock on the door.

We're about to see who's more crazy scarlet tracking her down after this or pinkie pie.
