Maybe for the next chapter, Fluttershy went on a night time streak to the school and back to her house. And then, you could have her challenge herself, like locking herself out of her house and grabbing her keys in an abandoned building

Pffft, it was night time, so there was almost zero chance for her to be spotted, except for the parts where I clearly stated it.
And no, she didn't know about that rainstorm until it hit her.

There was a kids cartoon that did that a while ago. It was a teenage lizard girl who lived in a world of humans. In the zoo episode, she somehow lost her clothes (no real nudity) and one of the staff thought she was one of the exhibits non-sentient animals and puts her in an open-air cage in front of everyone. I forgot what it was called. I'll have to search for it.

Originally, this story only has 3 chapters, but since me and some other people come up with so many ideas, I put in more chapters and name them 'extra chapters'.
