A gaellon is an old Spanish Conquistador ship. Picture the Black Pearl, that's the shape.
I don't a lot about imperial ships, but I want it to be around the same size as one of the larger ships, but a large chunk of that is empty space as previously mentioned. Statistically, it can fire the Worldbreaker every 20 minutes, and in those twenty minutes it's about average.

Uh...I never said that Equestrian ships couldn't do light speed. They are actually faster than Imperial vessels, they just needed the gate to travel between galaxies: a feat only accomplished by the Tyranids.
And yes, bugging out is going to be their go-to for most Imperial contacts. But their first one is going to be driven by hopeful naivety and end in carnage...see you next chapter.

And the Worldbreaker's primary advantage is the railgun that breaks the shield just before the laser hits...how well this functions against void shields will be determined next chapter.

You are completely off with ships lengths, Not counting phalanx. Biggest ship would be gloriana class ships. Biggest one being 26 kilometers on length. So at best a battleships would be in ranges of 10 kilometers.

Just a few things, Dark Eldar don't use Void Shields, I don't think any Eldar race uses Void Shields.
I am curious, how will the Equestrian Warmachine hold up against the 40 Warmachines, not only have they a problem with establishing supply lines, as they can only hope to end up at the same place as the group before them, but the amount of ammunition and spare parts that they would need to keep up with the Imperium alone is insane.
Ship sizes will be interesting, with so many conflicting descriptions and with the difference with older and newer lore (I personally prefer older lore as nearly everything was just wack over the top
The Ponies are so out of their water it will be funny as hell. Can't wait for them to meet real Chaos, I mean Discord was funny but Chaos in this Universe is Hell, and that is by Human, Eldar, Necron and Tau standards. Orcs not so much, they love this

According to what I found online regarding the White Maw, it's in the 7-8 kilo range (perhaps this is specific to the Tyrant Class) but only has enough firepower to be a threat to Escorts and lower.

Not really. As stated in the beginning of this chapter, the ships aimed and hurled into the 40k universe by the Spirit of Harmony according to where they can do the most good...whether or not the Dark Gods run interference on trajectory will touched on later.

I said they could only hope to end up at the same spot. This was meant for supply and reinforcement chains. As the SoH was deciding where they could do "most good" and not them.
What I meant with this was that this could disrupt supply lines rather badly as the SoH would decide what the "most good" is. Saving a hive world with supplies and with it's billions over billions of lives or a fleet or vessel of the Alliance with a few thousand alliance personal. Meaning they could loose countless lives because Supply lines could be suddenly cut as the SoH could decide this recourses would be used better somewhere else.

But the EFAs (Equestrian Friendship Alliance) biggest advantage is that they are a galaxy united. With the sum of their specieses rivaling the Orks in numbers...the trick will be convincing them to fight, which will be touched in either the next chapter or the one after.

I can't wait to see this, and if they want to be more then just a lamb on the slaughter list they need to create the infrastructure to build and maintain the war equipment as well as finding a way to shield their forces from Chaos corruption, something I can see being a BIG problem with Griffons, Diamond Dogs and Dragons, and the problem for their magic users. Btw, The Liberator, was there no magic user on board at all?
Another Question, I am not so familiar with the FTL travel from Star Wars, are they traveling faster then light in real space or is it entering another dimension, different from the warp and so on?

No, there was absolutely no magic related creatures after the incident on the Envoy.
They're still in real space. If you want a head canon excuse for why they don't crash into planets, I'll say that ship vibrates as it flies in FTL which gives it the same Phasing ability as the Flash.

. Even before "the rift/split" there were a shit ton of warp storms running through real Space. The Eye of Terror, Siren's Storm, The Maelstrom and so on and so forth. And with the Cicatrix Maledictum cutting this galactic pie in halve it won't get better. They have no Shields against the Warp and its Horrors after all.

I think the Equestrian galaxy is pretty safe from being counter invaded. Most factions don't really have the resources to open up a new front in a different galaxy, and the only fast way to it is made up of the spirit of harmony, which said galaxy is filled with. That's pretty much anti-chaos. Not to mention the Equestrians have reliable sources of resources, manufacturing, and R&D, which is something practically NO ONE in the 40k galaxy has. If worst comes to worst they can just pull out of the wormhole and either persuade harmony to close it or blockade it more than the eye of terror before Cadia fell. The only thing they might have to worry about is Tyrranids, but the spirit of harmony probably has some anti hive mind capabilities, who knows.

Here's the thing: MLP has the power of being the goodguy. Throughout the multiverse, most stories will end with the good side winning. 40k is one of the exceptions to this, because no one is the good guy, and its whole point is for war to go on forever and for no one to win besides evil. But what if an objective hero from a world where heroes win was to enter the scene? Would the grim darkness of 40k overpower them, or would hope and friendship prevail? 9/10, against all odds, the hero will win, because it makes for a better story.
Of course there are stories, often manga, where the hero loses in the end and everything sucks, and those can be good, but they don't normally stick with you as much. Good has to win, by default, unless the omnipotent god known as the author says differently. That's how fictional universes work. And while 40k is one of the grimmest and darkest and most evil settings, MLP is one of the most utopian and brightest (unless your timeline was changed by a crazy unicorn with abandonment issues, then you're screwed). That's my take at least.
And keep in mind that this isn't normal Equestria, this is an alternate universe where basically all the events of the show happened except in space, so they already have a navy and technology.

MLPs victory depends on one thing: Can Harmony establish a beach-head into the realm of Chaos.
And there ways this can happen. One: a large enough portion of MLP infiltrates the 40k Universe. Two: the crew of The Liberator are able spread the Word of Harmony to those who are willing to listen...I don't think it's a spoiler to say that doesn't happen with the Carcharadons, but there are candidates. (cough Farsight cough)
