A virus quickly breaks out in Equestria, infecting anyone who comes close to the ones already infected. The virus is a form of a parasite, causing the host to commit murderous crimes without remorse or regret.
After many failed attempts to cure these ponies, the mane six decide to stay at Twilight's castle until it's safe to come out again.
But many things need to be done each day to keep everyone safe and well in the castle. Throwing away the trash, getting electricity in the castle to keep working, cleaning around the castle, and much more.
Everyone gets their own tasks and all goes well until a body is found...

Alright, i now have the high suspicion of Fluttershy.
At the first kill she was the nearest one and now at the second kill, while she was supposed to stay with Rainbow, decided to stay behind and the lights went out immediately after.
Rainbow is my second guess but I don’t believe it that much because even if she’s fast enough to go kill Pinkie and back she would have make some noise that wouldn’t go unnoticed!
Twilight wherabouts are unknown as we didn’t read from her but Spike, the only one who could vouch for her is dead, clearly to make her suspicious! (Also even if she was working on a cure so with infected or the virus I don’t believe she’s one to do not take precautions)
Then there is the current absence of Rainbow and the Feathers from both Rainbow and Fluttershy, meaning that there was a scuffle and that means, giving my previous evidence...
