Winter Wheat knows all the rumors about Discord, but he's desperate to ask the chaos god for a favor. However, not even Celestia herself could prepare him for Discord's castle. It's huge, filled with ogres, oubliettes, and even a purple dragon with a big sword! It's a good thing Winter knows a thing or two about tabletop games.
This story contains trans representation and issues of body dysphoria. It was written for pride month and to help raise money for the pride and positivity event. It's also fairly fluffy and cute, so if none of these things interest you, then please feel free to hit the ol' back button.

Great job on your first story! Winter Wheat's plight and his interactions with the other characters were handled really well; one can really tell you checked and double checked to make sure you wrote him correctly. Discord's craziness and odd logic were handled perfectly, as were Spike and Big Mac's characterizations. You also did a good job showing how much fun Winter was having.
And of course, it's always good to get more trans stallion stories on this site.

For your first story, this was really good. Your sense of pacing and prose was a wonderful backdrop for the emotion you conveyed. Seeing a magical adventure with a realistic depiction of a trans character was such an unexpected treat. The fact that the trans character was a guy is just the cherry on the top.
