I will make a more detailed reply later tonight with my thoughts.
I'm really enjoying this characterization of Fleetfoot and like how well the emotions in story work to compliment her charater.
Okay, so she's at least 32. Ain't that, plus however long it took for her and the human to meet, a bit old for the human? Or do ponies retain youthful good looks for a long time?

Same. This is some top tier character work.

I mean granny smith was there at the founding of ponyville, so I think it could be a decent assumption that ponies live just a tad longer than humans.

According to Twilight, Ponyville's been around for a few hundred years. Assuming 3+ centuries, then. Granny Smith's memory of Canterlot when she was younger was also not a sprawling capitol city but like, a tiny collection of tents around a castle, which also means it was a VERY long time ago. No doubt Granny is either just incredibly long-lived for some reason (maybe eating Zap Apples when they grew in the Everfree?) or ponies naturally live a very long time AND she's got a truckload of longevity.
“Look, I’m not saying you should find more friends or anything, because if there’s one thing we all disagree with Princess Twilight on, it’s that you need to be friends with everypony you meet. Some ponies don’t want that — you included — and some just aren’t likeable. But what I am saying… is that thirty-two is way too old to be a loner.” I like what he said about Twilight but depending on her situation I'm not sure if he can tell her that about being alone.
Have I missundestood something and they are anthros or is there a human in the story? I just took a few glimpses to see if it would fit my taste and because of that I can't be sure if I judge the situations correctly right now.
This chapter if you ignore the end makes me think it could be a Soarin x Fleetfoot story.
These chapters fly by really fast. It really felt like I was listening in on a conversation between people who’ve known each other for years.
Curious to see how this leads up to the events of chapter 1. Color me invested
Another well done chapter, with some good characterization, nicely written Freglz.
