Except we know she is still active after this story because she's frequently referenced in Aftermath and has a one shot story set four years later. It's still likely going to be a very interesting conversation that Blessing isn't going to like.
She’s asleep
Sunday school teacher who paddled my bottom
Personally I think they’re being ridiculously optimistic If they think there will be a repeat of ETS at some point in the future. What Equestria has to say on that matter is something that still needs to be addressed.

Blessing has made it clear she doesn't think it will happen in her lifetime and she is only laying the groundwork that others will build on. With enough time it might be possible.
Also, what is Luna up to? She is obviously forming a of sort exclusive group of dreamwalkers that are separate than normal dreamwalkers. We also know that she is rather hush hush about it even with her sister, even though Celestia seems to have some clue what is going on since she recognized the reference to Phobia in Aftermath.

Equestria turning a blind eye to shimmerists and others who want to start up ETS will not go down well with the various governments of earth. It’s an area that they will have to walk around carefully as anything that suggests turning humans into ponies is something that should be continued at some point will only serve to create conflict between earth and Equestria.
it is time Sunset gites in gear and pulls all the pony's to gather and makes a out right stand agents the government or they are going to start stomping all over the south like is happening in the west.
the Equestrians need to stop being all sunshine and rainbows shit is about to go down.
Starting in the final section:
1. The word from is used twice consecutively in the second paragraph.
2. When heading off to town hall, the word “To” was used twice, the first time in front of “off”.
3. When she said she was trying to do some research, you left out the I.
4. Same as three, you neglected to use “I” when Blessing insisted on being the government’s go to pony.
That out of the way,
1. Execution isn’t something Equestrians practice, but if they did, and they should, S. Blessing should definitely be hanged by the neck until dead. There’s a substantial difference between her and Number Crunch, and that can be summed up in one word: Conscience. The former has no conscience, the latter does. Number Crunch may be an individual who was defined by her desire for wealth, and her bottom line being her main priority, and she’s still like that. The difference is she currently wants a friend and support network for the same reason any animal wants companionship, and that’s not incompatible with bring rich. But she’s done murder, and is truly sincere in her desire to do right, even and especially if it’s convenient to her. S. Blessing isn’t even remotely tortured by it, and thinks her anger and vengeful tendencies are justified, and is only hurt as much as her mate is suffering for making another do that. And her bigotry to humanity shows itself here like it wouldn’t in public, not to this extent. The way she talks about Devon being more than nothing rubs me the wrong way. No wonder she adapted her name, as she’s SS 2.0, with the sole exception being she’s working with others as a group, and playing them like a fiddle. And she wants them to accept when the means come around just by showing them what magic potential they will have when they convert, and urge them with coercion rather than force to accept ponification. Absolutely no different than the Rehumanization groups pushing partially transformed to go back, and pestering them till they cave. The only way her bigotry could be more overt is if humans grew wings on their backs on their own, developed psychokinesis on their own over time, or became physically durable like Doctor Connor over time, and demonstrably are only different in physical shape, and still pushed for them to do it anyway, removing all doubt this is about magic alone. It might be her tipping point if she turned away from it after that, realizing the inherent benefits are only superficial. Number Crunch shows no such views. I doubt she is at all religious. For all of her being pragmatic to a fault, she’s one of the most straight mares this tale has provided us yet.
2. Perhaps Lulu will set her straight, but I won’t count on it. Only Celestia has even the most narrow chance to straighten out any of the twisted ponies on Earth. A slim one, but more than any other ponies will have. Is S. Blessing a tool for the feds, or is she the one playing them for fools? Tattered knows she’s nefarious, and even suggested busting her for her alleged crimes. The only reason she hasn’t is she’s got no proper evidence to tie them to her. I don’t think the older mare’s influence in building this town plays that much factor in her withdrawal.
3. Paul has not been directly referenced in this tale yet. All we got was he didn’t want to deal with his daughter’s magic surges, which was reasonable when he was first mentioned. Yet even since, he’s been spoken about and portrayed secondhand as being unflattering as most men where this tale is concerned. I’d like to think his real appearance will show him far more reasonable than he’s being made out by just about everybody. It may not be the intent, but this whole tale makes men look undesirable, Remedy’s father being nearly the sole exception to the rule. The other stories don’t quite have this unintentional implications. There’s generally more men in most of the other stories, and they are about evenly split in portrayals.

Keeping that third mistake as that is how Tonya would say it while speaking on little sleep.
There will be sections dedicated to Paul, Dan (who I'll introduce briefly tomorrow), and Tom's perspectives later on. I am dealing with a fairly large cast of characters and it will take time getting to them. I integrate new perspectives as the story progresses and as the previous characters get more established. Have some patience, while it won't be a 50/50 split by any means there will be more male perspectives than at the present.

It's worth pointing out that Number Crunch was portrayed as a very unflattering light in the last story but as we have seen a more complete look at her in this one she seems one of the most sympathetic. Sunset Blessing early in last story seemed sympathetic but has grown to be one of the nastiest characters in this universe.
