So far so good. Interesting character development.
So. Not solely focusing on the lovers in this one? If that's the case, I can proceed with what I had planned, and say it's been about a month and a half since ETS broke out?

They will get their time later. I'm several weeks ahead on the writing and as of yet Phobia hasn't put in an appearance in what I've written. Though I get to Rosetta at chapter 13. This story starts on the same day as chapter 70 in the last story.

Which is day 21 after counterspell somewhere around day 40 so after ETS broke out. Need to go look at the math.
Nice! This is hitting me with feels right off the bat! I very much liked all three scenes! The last one though really carries so much power. I wonder if our dreams came true, if a month later, we see that all our aspirations and the purpose we carved and wanted for ourselves was locked away, if we would wish we could undue it.
This chapter gave me more feels than the first fifty chapters of your first story combined. Your ability to hit me with feels has grown considerably.
Devon Middleton and her foals is a very emotionally powerful situation that I very much look forward to seeing more of. I can feel for Phobia and Rosetta, but somehow every scene with Devon, Blessing, Tom and Number Crunch have me on the edge of my seat. Now Tattered Wing and Alex and Wild Growth are right up there with those. I don't dislike any of your characters though.
We start off with no Phobia...after about 170,000 words of her single perspective that's kind of refreshing. Not only that we get three perspectives (one of them Wild Growth, which makes me really happy). And this starts off massively stronger than the last one, hitting with characters with emotional stuff going on from the start.
Kudos.
Will read some more later.
I do have some questions for you.
