She has been as sister to Scootaloo for so long, but does she have the maturity and patience necessary to be the guardian, the mother, that Scootaloo really needs?

Not really, it was just a little idea that popped into my head whilst I was writing it, though it is very out of place, looking back. Moreover, it allowed me to set something up for later in the story. So, other than that little hiccup, did you enjoy the chapter? If so, great! But id not, what would you like to see improved?
