Eeyup, a Coffyn is just what Doc Cadance ordered.
Reminds me a little of the backstory of the Saint of Killers. A hard person, a cold person, gets a reprieve. A taste of heaven. The it gets taken away, and then the hell they bring is the worse for their having tasted heaven.
Will Dim perform neurosurgery upon Blackbird in a fit of pity, or will Blackbird continue to stun him into inaction with the consistency of her character?

???
Well gee, Dim, you've met something female that is actually predisposed to like you and isn't insane. I'd advise you not to kill her.
YAY! My favorite Weedverse character is back!
8272657 No. Three is too many. It only requires two. Let me show you. ahem
??
i like dim as a character, nothing more.

alive alive, or about as alive as someone whose head has been placed in a jar of science juice?
I think Blackbird could be just what the doctor ordered for Dim.

I believe in the previous story Darling revealed that; while he had killed his mother during his departure, doing so only triggered her becoming a Lich earlier than expected. So she's a higher Undead technically.
it's always fun to have dim back... i like the darkness
I read this story because I like stories that have character growth and some sort of transition. There's nothing interesting about a hero that always does the right thing. I'd much rather read about the twisted, tortured soul and his path to redemption.
Finally, some downtime to catch up to the sequel to a story from my favorite author!
YES
Dim is such a facinating and unique hero. While Blackbird makes for a fantastic counter-balance to his seething hatred and love of violence inflicted upon the vile creatures that exist in the world
Jesus, man, her mother was a monster.
